As a reminder, any CR made on the TDM can be retained, but characters will not remember in any great detail the requests they’ve taken, the locations they’ve been to or NPCs they’ve noticed or met. To them, it’s a blurry and hazy dream. The Intro Log will go up on July 8th, but rest assured, requests to join the IC communities will be accepted before then!

And ah. WELL if nothing else, Vivienne quite independent. Just expect the number of books in the room to increase, the longer she's here. Also please tell her about Mars. Not that she will know what Mars is specifically, but at least she's aware of aliens!!

LUCIO GOT REVISIONS REQUESTED I just sent them in but I am silently freaking out about it.

As for Teyud she will happily talk about Mars but also wants to hear about other worlds so it can be a trade. Also she will teach you Martian Chess because she really wants people to play it with.

Atanj, or Martian Chess, covers economic and political conflict in addition to just open warfare, and has dice in place to represent the wills of the people your pieces represent. Pieces behave differently depending on where they are on the board, and can defect to the other side if the enemy gains economic or political advantage.

The rules are never entirely spelled out in canon, but suffice to say it sounds like a headache to learn.
